My favorite heuchera, 'Carmel', is the largest in our garden....it has been growing there about 3 seasons. This one stays nice all winter...even in snow! I love the variety of color in the heucheras.....and they make a nice contrast the hostas planted near them. The hostas are just beginning to make their appearance for the season.

Your Heuchera has such a rich colour. I grow Heuchera 'Mint Frost', which has silver and green leaves. In the fall they turn reddish orange. The snow has just melted, and they still have their reddish orange coloured leaves, but no sign of the new foliage yet.

Oh, I will have to look up Mint Frost....haven't seen that one yet. I really love heucheras....I got my first one from a gardening friend who brought it as a gift when she visited my garden the first time. Carmel is one I can recommend...it is the most vigorous grower. Mocha is another I highly recommend.
